Fire was formed in 1963 by two fire protection
engineers, William A. Pickett and Nels C. Sparr. Bill
and Nels wanted to build a professional organization
that they could be personally proud of. With that goal,
their leadership, and the ability to attract good
people, Delta has grown to be one of the largest and
most respected fire protection contractors in the
Intermountain area. We are a member of the National Fire
Protection Association and currently employ
approximately 100 people. Delta has branch offices in
Reno, Nevada, St. George, Utah and Twin Falls, Idaho and
we conduct business throughout the
Western United States.

experienced in every facet of the fire protection industry. Of
course we are well versed in the standard wet pipe and dry pipe
sprinkler systems, but we are also a leader in the installation
of pre-action, foam, deluge, ultra high speed, carbon dioxide,
and other specialty systems. We have a large inspection and
service department that runs fully equipped, radio dispatched
vans on 24 hour call. We handle all jobs from $50.00 to several
million dollars.
